Tuscan Landscape

I love it when a customer brings me a fresh idea for a commission. In this case, the request was to capture a treasured memory of holidays in Tuscany. Layering powdered and granulated glass, I built up the rolling hills and rich tones of the landscape. Each element was carefully chosen to evoke the warmth and light of the Italian countryside.
